Leslie Luke is an associate attorney at Rosenbaum & Taylor, P.C. Leslie represents both businesses and individuals on a variety of legal issues, including personal injury, Labor Law, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, property damage and contract and commercial disputes. She represents clients including property managers, property owners, real estate developers, service providers, maintenance companies, product manufacturers, construction companies, security companies and elevator companies. Leslie handles all aspects of civil litigation, including investigating claims, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. Leslie has written and argued appeals in the Appellate Division of the Second Department. Leslie also maintains a transactional practice, assisting clients by drafting, negotiating and interpreting contracts, handling mechanic’s liens and reviewing insurance coverage issues.
Born and raised in Maryland, Leslie has been with Rosenbaum & Taylor, P.C. since 2013.
